Couldn’t ask for better. Extremely clean both inside the rooms and outside, including the external areas on the property. Front desk staff are very friendly. The gym and laundry area were very clean and well put together!

The staff is so kind and courteous! They make you feel right at home. The rooms are extremely clean!! The building always smells pleasant and clean. The coffee is amazing and always ready to go in the morning!

Staued for a week and slept well every night. Coffee in the lobby, workout facility was clean. Very quiet stay. Starbucks and a bank in the parking lot.

I had to stay here for 30 days for work and I had a very comfortable stay. My room had a nice little kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, a pretty spacious bathroom for just me, a microwave, and nice little closet, and a very comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond! Always so nice and friendly no matter the time of day (or night, on the occasion I had to see someone after 11). I always looked forward to saying hi to the night clerk as i was coming in at the end of the day to have a nice little chat. Do note that this place does not have an ice machine, but there were some ice trays in my freezer (I don't know if that's standard. Filtered water is available in the gym to fill a reusable bottle, which I appreciated, but the gym does close at 10:30 or 11. Coffee is available in the lobby 24/7. At the time of this writing, there is a Starbucks under construction in the parking lot, which will be great for future guests to grab a quick bite.

Very clean rooms, nice little kitchen set up, clean linens and towels. The internet is great because you can upgrade speeds for a low rate and I was able to work from the room. Management was wonderful, could not recommend this place more! The front desk team and manager went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Will recommend to anyone!

Clean rooms and friendly staff. I am a local property manager. One of our rental houses has an AC unit go down. We booked for a week through Expedia. Our tenant was fine with the kitchenette not having kitchen items. Our tenant only stayed for two days. Cynthia, the general manager of WoodSprings and Expedia approved the refund for the remaining days due to our circumstance. We would use the hotel again. Thank you for accommodating us.

I love this hotel! I'm the kind of hotel guest that does not like the hotel staff cleaning my room everyday. I like to set up the room my way and return to the room the way I left it. I don't need any fancy coffee machines. I don't need tiny bottles of shampoo or conditioner. I just need a good clean room that I can depend on. And a hotel staff that is friendly, helpful and service oriented. This hotel fits the bill 100%.
